ProCurve Guest Management software Overview

PCM icon HP ProCurve Guest Management software simplifies centralized creation of guest accounts from any Microsoft Windows-based computer. The intuitive user interface is designed for receptionists and clerical staff with minimal training. It provides centralized, real-time management of visitor accounts and sessions with a configurable visitor session duration per account. The guest account information is loaded into the ProCurve MultiService Mobility Controllers for strong security policy enforcement. It creates printable access vouchers for visitors. Secure login prevents unauthorized account creation, and the reporting feature records all account management activity for audits. Digital certificate secures all communication between the Guest Management software and the MultiService Mobility Controller.

To bring additional value to the MSM7xx controller series, HP ProCurve is pleased to announce that with the introduction of our MSM v5.4 Software (MSM v5.4) the Guest Management Software (GMS v5.4) will now be included (at no extra charge) with the purchase of new controllers running MSM v5.4 Software. With the GMS v5.4 now included as part of an MSM7xx controller purchase, HP ProCurve is announcing the End of Sale of the HP ProCurve Guest Management Software v5.3.1.
