Automatically load
You can also set this page to automatically load in an IE Tab by doing the following:
Right-click the Firefox logo in the bottom-right corner of your browser.
If there is no icon, open the "Tools" menu at the top of the window, then choose "IE Tab Options".
When the IE Tab dialog box opens, add "http://h10144.www1.hp.com/configurator/*" to the site filter list.
You may be asked to install software named 'envision.ocx' from Intangi, Inc. This is expected and is required for the configurator to function.

While using Firefox, the configurator requires the IE Tab plugin to be installed and enabled.
To install the plugin, click here. Once the plugin installation is complete, please restart Firefox.
If you've already installed the plugin, you can make sure it is enabled by:
Opening the Firefox Add-ons window
Choose "Tools"
Then "Add-ons"
Locate IE Tab in the list of installed plugins, and click the button if it says 'Enable'.
A button labeled 'Disable' means the plugin is enabled.
